What a joke. I went in because I had a nasty cold/virus that was progressing quickly, and I just wanted to know what I could take for it since my pregnancy limits otc meds. I went ahead with the visit because they said I just had my $25 office visit co-pay. Not only did they refuse to tell me any otc medications I could take, but they also insisted I should rush to the emergency room to get a CT scan because I probably have a pulmonary embolism (despite not having any symptoms of it, other than I was short of breath because I was pregnant and caught a cold from my son). Now, I'm not a doctor, but I knew I was not about to drop dead. I told them I thought that was silly, I will not be doing that, and left. The next morning, I was able to get in touch with my OBGYN, who said take some Tylenol cold/flu. Done. Now I have an additional $150 bill from this place. Turns out they do NOT charge as an office visit. Their doctors diagnose worse than a drunk person googling WebMD and don't even know the basics of medicine. Lesson learned.
