Fantastic experience! My husband and I decided to visit Mattress Firm Clearance based on the incredibly positive reviews here. As soon as we walked in the door we knew the reason for all of the great reviews. Rodrick promptly greeted us and asked if we were looking for a particular mattress. We explained our needs and he gave us a wonderful overview of all of our options within the budget we gave him. He was knowledgeable, professional, and enthusiastic. There was no high pressure sales pitch or attempt to up-sell! Rodrick genuinely seemed to want to find the perfect mattress for us. After laying on a few options, we found an option we loved (which we thought was going to be impossible because my husband and I have very different preferences). Rodrick then found out that the Mattress Firm website actually listed the mattress set $100 less than the store, so he did a price-match AND gave us same-day delivery for no charge!! This was one of the best shopping experiences I've had in a long time! I truly wish other businesses would adopt this customer-focused style of sales. Just goes to show that you DON'T have to sacrifice quality and service for price!
