I’ve been at Avana for a little over a year and I really like the help and professionalism I have received from our newest leasing consultant Miranda. She owns her mistakes, tells the truth, not afraid to apologize and she goes out her way to make sure her residents leave satisfied. I also like the fact that she always greets me when I walk in the office and if she’s helping someone she doesn’t just ignore me, but informs me that she will be with me in just a minute.
